I'm excited because I found a way to work out with help. I'm taking private pilates sessions with a very nice instructor at Elements Pilates. She is so sweet because I'm able to bring Emma along with me to the sessions. I just lay her down on her baby Einstein play mat and we work out for an hour. If Emma gets fussy, either Emily (the instructor) or I try to make her happy. I've gone to 3 sessions so far and love it. That in combination with almost daily walks or runs in the morning are helping with the fight I'm having with my post baby body.But I managed to back into a parked brand new truck last week as I was backing out of the parking lot at the Pilates studio. The Pilot took most of it on the bumper and the truck will need to be buffed out and repainted on the driver side rear quarter panel. Nice. The owner of the truck was super nice and we both have policies at the same State Farm office. So after all those years of working on the North Slope where they ingrained into our pea brains the importance of backing up safety, I screw up. Dang! At least Emma and I were OK.
So it's off to the body shop tomorrow to begin the repair process. Happy, happy, joy, joy!
